Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Optimize social media reach, engagement, and lead generation strategies.
Website & SEO Optimization:
Improve website structure, SEO ranking, and content marketing.
Implement analytics tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.
Set up landing pages and lead capture forms.
Business Process Automation & CRM Management:
Integrate and automate HR & staffing solutions with CRM tools.
Link lead generation with WhatsApp automation, email marketing & chatbot setup.
Maintain client & jobseeker database with follow-up tracking.
Job Mela & Online Recruitment Events:
Plan and promote online/offline job fairs using digital marketing strategies.
Develop an automated system for candidate registration and tracking.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, automation tools, CRM, and SEO.
Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Zoho, WordPress, and WhatsApp API.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
