Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & On-boarding:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office, field teams, and branch outlets
o Coordinate new hire on-boarding and ensure smooth induction across locations
Employee Management & Branch Coordination:
o Act as HR point-of-contact for all branches/outlets
o Ensure consistent HR practices across locations
o Conduct regular visits to outlets for employee interaction, grievance handling, and engagement
o Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline at all branches
Payroll & Compliance:
o Manage payroll processing for all employees
o Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.)
o Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
HR Policies & Reporting:
o Implement HR policies across all branches/outlets
o Generate monthly HR reports, attendance summaries, and attrition analysis
o Coordinate with outlet managers for HR updates and staff requirements
Employee Engagement & Training:
o Organize team-building activities and engagement programs across locations
o Support training and development initiatives for staff skill enhancement
