Job Description:-
•Should Have experience in working in machine maintenance of CNC machines- VMC, HMC, Honing machines, SPM machines, Grinding Machines.
• Should have hands-on experience of the Oil Management system of machine shop.
• Should have knowledge of different types of oil used in machines like Hydraulic Oil, Lubrication Oil, Cutting oils. • Should have hands- on experience of TPM activities like leak free machine.
• Basic knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatic systems of machines.
• Can work under a high production pressure environment. • Should know basic use of daily check sheets for oil top up or identify the oil/air leakages in machines.
• Should have good idea of Safety and safe work environment.
• Do the cleaning activities on machines as when required.
These employees will work in shifts ( Rotational Shifts).
