We are seeking a dedicated Manpower Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the workforce at our facility in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience and a strong ability to manage people effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Workforce Management**: Supervise daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. You will be responsible for assigning work to team members and monitoring their performance.
2. **Training and Development**: Provide training to new employees and ensure existing staff are updated on procedures. This includes conducting workshops and hands-on training sessions.
3. **Quality Control**: Monitor work quality and compliance with safety standards. Regular checks will be necessary to maintain high production standards and ensure a safe working environment.
4. **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily reports on workforce productivity and any issues faced during operations. This helps in keeping track of overall performance and addressing any challenges promptly.
5. **Conflict Resolution**: Manage any conflicts or challenges among team members proactively. You will need to ensure a positive work atmosphere and maintain good employee relationships.
