Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and generate sales
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable agro-products and solutions
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospects to close sales effectively
Maintain and update customer database (CRM or Excel) with accurate information
Handle customer queries, explain product details, offers, and pricing
Coordinate with field sales staff for order processing and delivery follow-up
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Provide feedback from customers to the management team for continuous improvement
